We build our whips here in the USA and we stand behind them. Our lifetime warranty is for the original purchaser and covers normal “having fun in the desert” damage and manufacturing defects.

Lifetime ≠ everything forever. Below is what’s covered, what’s not, and how to send it in.

Processing time

Once we receive your whip(s), please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and repair/rebuild. This can vary a bit during the busy season.

What’s covered ✅

  • Broken or damaged whip from normal off-road use
  • LEDs not lighting / not receiving power (manufacturing defect)
  • Lifetime coverage for original purchaser (non-transferable)

We’ll tell you what we need (photos, proof of purchase, etc.) to approve the claim quickly.

What’s not covered 🚫

  • Install mistakes, cut wires, mods, custom work
  • Abuse, collisions, neglect, theft, loss
  • Industrial whips used in harsh/commercial environments
  • Items bought from 3rd-party/unauthorized sellers (FB Marketplace, swap meets, used SxS with our whips on it)
  • Accessories: remotes, hardware, flags, swivel clips, wiring

How the warranty process works

  1. Submit the form: Fill out the 5150 Repair/Warranty Request form with proof of purchase, description, and photos.
  2. Get your RA#: We’ll email you a Return Authorization number in about 24–72 business hours.
  3. Pack and label: Use any box you like, but put the RA# on the outside. Only send what’s on the form.
  4. Ship it to us: Ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS and keep your tracking — you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
  5. Handling fee: After inspection we’ll email you an invoice for the warranty handling fee (most cases $49.99 per set). Extra or special repairs may cost more.
  6. We ship it back: Once the fee is paid, we cover return shipping via ground. Want it faster? We can do expedited at your cost.

Shipments received without an RA# may be discarded. Please don’t send extra parts or accessories.

What you pay vs what we pay

  • You pay: shipping to 5150 + warranty handling fee (usually $49.99)
  • We pay: return shipping (ground) after repair/rebuild
  • You pay: any optional expedited return shipping

Pairs of whips

If you are warranting one whip from a pair, please send both. That way we can rebuild/replace so they match in brightness and pattern.
